In the high-stakes world of commercial audio, the transition from traditional rectangular cabinets to rear-tilted design KTV speakers represents a paradigm shift in acoustic management. As a leading manufacturer and exporter, we recognize that modern entertainment spaces demand more than just raw power; they require precision-engineered sound dispersion that accounts for the physical constraints of KTV lounges and private rooms.
The "Rear-Tilted Design" is not merely an aesthetic choice. It is a technical solution designed to align the acoustic centers of the high-frequency drivers and low-frequency woofers. By angling the cabinet backwards, the sound wave propagation is optimized to hit the "sweet spot" of a seated audience, reducing floor reflections and minimizing standing waves that often plague small, highly-reflective entertainment environments.
Globally, the entertainment sector is moving toward "multi-functional luxury." KTV venues in metropolitan hubs like Tokyo, Seoul, and London now require audio systems that blend into high-end interior designs while providing concert-grade fidelity. Our rear-tilted OEM speakers are designed to fit into recessed alcoves and corner placements, maximizing floor space without sacrificing SPL (Sound Pressure Level).
As a seasoned exporter, we maintain a robust supply chain that utilizes premium materials like 18mm Birch Plywood and imported voice coils. In the current global industrial landscape, reliability is the ultimate currency. Our production line includes automated CNC wood cutting, dust-free painting workshops, and rigorous 48-hour stress testing for every unit before it leaves the factory.
Future-proofing our factory means adopting green initiatives. We are transitioning to water-based, low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) coatings and sourcing timber from FSC-certified suppliers. This commitment ensures our partners in the EU and North America meet local environmental compliance standards while offering products that are safe for indoor use.
Established in 2010, TACA Pro Audio was established by founder Mr. Qiu and Mr. Li, who have been engineers in the professional audio industry since 1999. Mr. Qiu and Mr. Li continue and strive to lead the TACT team for research and technological developments till now with more than 20 years of experience.
The factory covers an area of more than 18,000 square meters. We have our own speaker cabinet production workshop, polish workshop, painting workshop, assembly and testing workshop, and office building. The office building contains a comprehensive products showroom, KTV experience room, and domestic & foreign sales department to offer superior customer service.
We provide speakers with OEM & ODM service that includes speaker design, sound adjustment, and QC before shipment. Also, we provide project solutions by different occasion, project type, number of people, and budget. We have enjoyed a good reputation in over 50 countries. Our products received CE certification and product design patents.
Vision: Become the most valuable and service-oriented professional audio manufacturer and supplier in China. With this vision, our company has been striving to stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing audio industry and keep up with the trend of the industry.
Our upcoming 2025 product line integrates computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to analyze air movement within the rear-tilted ports. This reduces turbulent noise at high volumes, ensuring that the low-frequency response remains "tight" and punchy, a critical requirement for modern electronic and pop music found in KTV playlists.
We are currently developing a line of active rear-tilted speakers with integrated DSP (Digital Signal Processing) that can be controlled via a centralized tablet system. This allows venue managers to tune the entire building's acoustics from a single localized interface, ensuring consistency across 100+ private rooms.
To support our global exporters, we provide regionalized compliance documentation, including UL (USA), CSA (Canada), and UKCA (UK) standards. Our "Local Hero" support program offers technical training for local installers in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, ensuring our speakers are tuned to the specific cultural sonic preferences of each region (e.g., bass-heavy tuning for the Americas vs. mid-clarity for Asian markets).
