Engineered for durability, raw power output, and exceptional frequency coherence. Direct-from-factory OEM systems.
Combining expert engineering, extensive production space, and cutting-edge sound refinement workflows.
Established in 2010, TACA Pro Audio was co-founded by senior acoustic experts Mr. Qiu and Mr. Li, who have served as front-line development engineers in the professional audio industry since 1999. Backed by more than 20 years of technical background, Qiu and Li continue to lead the TACT development team in pursuit of acoustic breakthroughs, component durability, and phase-coherent speaker architectures.
The manufacturing complex covers more than 18,000 square meters, operating as an integrated ecosystem. This state-of-the-art facility features a specialized wood cabinet production line, sanding and polishing workshops, a climate-controlled painting department, modern assembly areas, and complex testing and quality verification rooms. The administration center houses a high-specification audio product showroom, KTV testing suites, and a global sales and logistical department prepared to support regional distributors.
Our ongoing mission is to enhance public and commercial audio systems through rigorous compliance and design verification. The certificates displayed below represent our dedication to global technical requirements, structural safety, and electrical standards.

A comprehensive analysis of structural acoustics, supply chain integration, regulatory compliance, and installation applications in global B2B procurement.
High-impact sound reinforcement systems require careful integration of transducer design, cabinet resonance control, and wave path alignment. At the core of a professional speaker is the transducer, where electrical signals are translated into mechanical energy. For low-frequency devices, like dual 18-inch subwoofers, maintaining diaphragm rigidity under high sound pressure levels is critical. Custom-made voice coils wrapped in high-temperature fiberglass formers are paired with double-layer spiders to prevent voice coil misalignment and reduce power compression during long sessions.
In the mid-to-high frequency spectrum, phase alignment is essential. Passive line array systems use custom-shaped wave converters mounted to constant directivity horns. This structure shapes the spherical wave output of compression drivers into a flat, phase-aligned wavefront, reducing vertical dispersion while widening horizontal coverage. Controlling horizontal dispersion prevents sound reflection from walls and ceilings, delivering direct acoustic energy to the audience area, which is key for clear speech and high music definition.
Speaker enclosures must remain acoustically inert to prevent panel resonance from coloring the output. TACT Pro Audio uses multi-layer Baltic Birch plywood, selected for its density and stiffness compared to standard MDF or plastic options. Each sheet is precision-cut using high-precision CNC systems to guarantee tight joints, which are then reinforced with internal bracing to eliminate unwanted vibrations.
After cabinet construction, the sanding and painting workshops apply an elastomeric polyurea coating. This industrial finish provides weatherproofing and resistance to mechanical impacts during touring and transport. The driver assembly line operates under strict cleanliness controls to prevent dust contamination in the voice coil gaps. Every assembled transducer undergoes sweeping frequency testing, impedance measurement, and polarization validation using automated acoustic analyzers to ensure the final product meets standard reference performance parameters.
Operating from China's primary pro-audio manufacturing hub gives TACT access to a highly developed local component supply chain. We source high-grade raw materials—from neodymium magnets and copper-clad aluminum wire to custom steel grilles—within a tight radius, keeping shipping times short and parts costs low. These savings are passed directly to our OEM and ODM partners worldwide.
Our global logistics division handles shipping, customs documentation, and container optimization for direct export. By analyzing packaging sizes and loading layouts, we maximize transport container efficiency to lower shipping costs per unit. We work with international freight partners to offer reliable delivery options, including FOB, CIF, and DDP shipments, ensuring smooth customs processing and delivery to distribution hubs worldwide.
Deploying large line arrays and heavy subwoofers in public spaces requires strict adherence to international safety standards. Suspended equipment must be secure to prevent accidents. TACT's flying hardware is manufactured using high-yield structural steel and aviation-grade aluminum alloys, designed to support multiple cabinet weights with an industry-standard 7:1 safety ratio. All structural components undergo load testing to identify and prevent potential material failures.
Additionally, our products are built to comply with CE, RoHS, and local electrical standards. Active speaker modules featuring built-in Class-D power amplifiers undergo rigorous testing for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and thermal stability, ensuring they run safely in high-heat environments. Choosing certified systems protects distributors and venue operators from liability issues while ensuring compliance with local building and public safety regulations.
No two sound reinforcement tasks are identical. TACT offers a structured OEM and ODM development workflow, helping clients take a product from concept to final production:
• Custom Driver Configuration: Optimizing voice coil windings, cone materials, and magnet strength to meet target SPL and impedance requirements.
• Crossover Design: Engineering custom passive networks with premium components to protect drivers and smooth the crossover transition.
• Acoustic Waveguide Development: Custom horn shapes designed using CAD simulation to match specific horizontal and vertical coverage areas.
• Active DSP Tuning: Creating tailored digital presets with precise crossover points, EQ adjustments, and limiting parameters to match active speaker modules.
• Branding and Cosmetic Finishes: Custom grille patterns, specialized paint finishes, and client branding integrations.
Designing audio systems for different environments requires a deep understanding of physical acoustic limitations and space characteristics. In outdoor venues, factors like wind shear, air absorption, and temperature layers can deflect sound paths and reduce high-frequency clarity. To solve this, line array systems are configured with high-frequency compensation filters and adjusted angling to maintain coverage over long distances. High-protection IP-rated cabinet finishes, waterproof speaker cones, and sealed connector panels protect the equipment from moisture and rain during outdoor events.
For indoor projects—such as performance halls, clubs, and houses of worship—controlling room reverberation is the main challenge. Directivity-controlled line arrays and column speakers focus sound energy directly at the seating area, keeping it away from highly reflective walls and glass surfaces. In smaller venues like KTV rooms, sound system design focuses on low-frequency control and smooth mid-frequency response, ensuring rich vocal performance and preventing feedback issues.
We support our partners with custom enclosure designs, acoustic driver tuning, and extensive quality control checks before shipping. We also build complete project solutions tailored to venue types, coverage requirements, and project budgets. Our products carry CE certification and design patents, delivering reliable sound solutions to clients in over 50 countries.

Our goal is to build TACT into a leading, service-oriented professional audio manufacturer and supplier. We invest in research and technology to keep pace with changing audio trends, helping our clients improve communication and share information through reliable sound reproduction.

We test all raw cabinet materials, paint finishes, and drivers to maintain quality across every batch. Our quality testing protocols verify that every speaker meets our electrical and acoustic standards before leaving the factory, ensuring durable performance for our clients.
