Subwoofer Peak Power Capacity
How our B2 3400W subwoofers resolve acoustic challenges across massive venues and commercial environments.
For arenas exceeding 20,000 capacity, maintaining solid sub-bass pressure without acoustic cancellation is a primary challenge. Our dual-driver 3400W configurations are modeled mathematically to maximize boundary loading and wave coherence.
Large stages require controlled low frequencies to keep vocal microphones free of rumble. By combining our 3400W subs in gradient and end-fire arrays, we create up to 25dB of rear rejection, protecting stage artists.
Continuous 3400W peak operation generates substantial heat in the speaker motor structure. Our custom cooling vents and heat-dissipating neodymium voice-coil configurations maintain reliable output over long durations.
A deep technical examination of structural design, transducer physics, and custom electronics.
The core of a 3400W subwoofer relies on its cone composition and voice coil engineering. We utilize a proprietary composite blend of carbon fiber and long-fiber paper pulp, reinforced with an epoxy coating. This yields a lightweight cone that maintains stiffness under extreme atmospheric pressure without flexing or warping, preventing harmonic distortion.
Our voice coils are manufactured with high-temperature copper cladding wrapped on glass-fiber formers, rated to withstand temperatures up to 250°C. Coupled with double-silicon spiders and an optimized BL curve, the linear excursion is maintained within safe parameters even during peak power spikes, ensuring low distortion and steady bass output.
We construct our enclosures from multi-layered birch plywood, ranging from 18mm to 24mm in thickness. Internal bracing is modeled in CAD to minimize panel resonance that can color mid-bass and cancel low frequencies. We apply a textured, weather-resistant polyurea coating to withstand heavy use on tour and in outdoor venues.
The cabinet's port design uses large-area laminate vents to reduce air turbulence and port noise. Under high pressure, standard ports can choke, leading to bass loss and physical distortion. Our aerodynamic vent configuration ensures smooth airflow, resulting in clean, punchy low-end down to 30Hz.
A decade of engineering expertise and full-scale factory capabilities.
Established in 2010, TACT Pro Audio was founded by Mr. Qiu and Mr. Li, who have been active engineers in the professional audio industry since the late 1999s. Mr. Qiu and Mr. Li continue to lead the TACT team in research and technological development, leveraging more than 20 years of hands-on acoustic experience.
Our factory covers an area of more than 18,000 square meters. We house dedicated speaker cabinet production workshops, polishing workshops, painting workshops, assembly & testing areas, and a modern office building. Our headquarters features a comprehensive product showroom, a KTV experience room, and dedicated domestic & foreign sales departments to support our global customer base.
We provide speaker OEM & ODM services including complete enclosure styling, transducer voicing, custom sound tuning, and strict quality control before shipping. We also offer project solutions tailored to specific venues, event sizes, and budgets.
Our products have built a solid reputation in over 50 countries, obtaining CE certification and design patents. Our goal is to apply our technologies and services to help customers communicate, share information, and connect. We are committed to supporting our clients throughout the process, providing dedicated support before and after sales.
To become a highly valued, service-oriented professional audio manufacturer and supplier in China. Driven by this vision, we strive to keep pace with changing industry trends, adopting new technologies to deliver high-quality solutions to our partners.
Adhering to strict international testing standards for safety, environment, and performance.
For professional audio products sold globally, meeting safety and environmental standards is essential. Our speakers comply with EU directives, including RoHS restrictions on hazardous substances and WEEE recycling standards. This ensures our partners can import, market, and install our cabinets in demanding projects without legal issues.
We maintain a structured raw material supply chain, sourcing high-grade birch wood, custom voice coils, and precision magnets. Our strategic location near major shipping ports allows us to offer optimized logistics, handling customs documentation and transit scheduling to deliver products safely and efficiently to your region.

Tailoring high-power low-frequency energy to diverse application requirements.
Modern worship services demand clear, high-fidelity sound, reproducing delicate speech alongside dynamic live music. Our B2 subwoofers supply clean, low-end extension without muddying the vocal range, keeping the sound balanced and pleasant for the congregation.
For electronic dance music venues operating up to 10 hours continuously, subwoofers must sustain intense low frequencies. Our 3400W peak systems deliver high SPL in the 30Hz-80Hz band, providing the deep bass energy that dancefloors require.
Outdoor festivals lose low-frequency energy quickly without boundaries like walls to contain it. In these environments, our dual 18-inch 3400W systems are configured in arrays to project bass efficiently over long distances, even in open-air venues.
Our engineering team is designing the next generation of professional low-frequency systems.
Developing onboard Class-D amplifiers with 96kHz DSP to support network control, limiting, and phase alignment directly within the cabinet.
Integrating real-time voice coil temperature and excursion sensors to dynamically adjust limiter thresholds, preventing driver failure.
Researching hybrid neodymium-ferrite magnets to optimize flux density and cooling, reducing weight while maintaining magnetic force.
Sourcing renewable bio-based resins and sustainable wood to build lightweight, eco-friendly cabinets that meet future global supply mandates.
