Why is B1 Birch Plywood better than MDF for subwoofers?
MDF is prone to swelling and is much heavier but less structurally sound. B1 Birch plywood has multiple thin layers of wood glued together, which provides exceptional stiffness. This rigidity means the energy of the speaker driver is converted into sound waves rather than cabinet vibration, resulting in much tighter and more accurate bass.
What is your lead time for large OEM orders?
Typically, OEM orders take 30-45 days depending on the customization level. Because we have our own in-house cabinet and painting workshops across our 18,000 sqm facility, we maintain better control over the production timeline compared to factories that outsource their woodwork.

Yes, our engineering team, led by Mr. Qiu with 20+ years of experience, specializes in "Sound Fingerprint" customization.
